Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyLoot.ai.

2. Platform Services

MyLoot.ai provides tools for users to track assets, upload content, organize item data, and access valuation-related estimates, reports, and premium features.

3. No Financial, Insurance, Tax, or Legal Advice

All information, estimates, analytics, and valuations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant Stowed LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use such content solely to operate, maintain, improve, and provide MyLoot.ai.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform for unlawful conduct, fraud, insurance misrepresentation, security abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with service integrity.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features may be billed on a recurring basis through Stripe unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, workflows, and platform content excluding user content are owned by Stowed LLC or its licensors.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stowed LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to MyLoot.ai in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stowed LLC from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the platform, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to MyLoot.ai or these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not in court, except where prohibited by law.

13. Class Action Waiver

You agree that claims may only be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
